5 each  medium oranges
0.3333 cup  orange juice
3 tbsp  packed light brown sugar
2 tbsp  orange extract
4 each  whole allspice
1 each  cinnamon sticks
1 each  mint sprigs
  1. Arrange oranges in a shallow glass bowl.
  2. Combine orange juice, brown sugar, orange liqueur, allspice, and cinnamon in a pot and let boil. Spoon mixture over orange slices. Chill, wrapped with plastic wrap 8 hours or overnight. Garnish with mint.
