0 1/4 cup  rice vinegar
1 oz  honey
1 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp  ground red pepper (cayenne)
0 1/2 tsp  kosher salt
0 1/2 tsp  Chinese 5-spice powder
1 1/2 lb  salmon fillet
1 each  cooking spray
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped green onion
Directions
  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Wash salmon and pat dry.
  3. In small bowl, whisk vinegar, honey, and soy sauce. Transfer 1/4 C. of mixture to small microwave safe bowl. Set aside.
  4. Blend red pepper, salt, and five spice powder. Massage spices into salmon.
  5. Coat broiler pan with cooking spray. Place salmon, skin side down on broiler pan.
  6. Place under broiler for 16 minutes or until fish is flaky. Baste with vinegar mixture during broiling.
  7. Transfer salmon to serving platter.
  8. Microwave reserved vinegar mixture on high for 20 seconds. Spoon over fish and garnish with onions.
