48 oz  fresh shredded cabbage
1 cup  shredded carrots
1 each  chopped green bell peppers
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped red onion
0 1/2 cup  sugar
0 1/2 cup  white wine vinegar
2 tbsp  olive oil
1 tsp  dry mustard
0 1/2 tsp  celery seeds
0 1/2 tsp  salt
  1. Mix cabbage with carrot, bell pepper, and onion.
  2. Whisk together sugar, vinegar, oil, mustard, celery seeds, and salt.
  3. Toss dressing with cabbage mixture. Wrap with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
