0 3/4 cup  white all purpose flour
4 tbsp  margarine
2 tbsp  reduced fat sour cream
2 tbsp  sugar
1 cup  sugar
1 each  eggs
2 each  egg whites
1 tbsp  grated lemon rind
3 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/2 tsp  low sodium baking powder
0 1/4 tsp  salt
1 pinch  powdered sugar
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine flour, margarine, sour cream, and 2 tablespoons sugar to make a soft dough. Spread dough onto the bottom of an 8x8-inch baking pan. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
  3. Combine 1 cup sugar, egg, egg whites, lemon rind and juice, baking powder, and salt; spoon over baked pastry.
  4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until there is no indentation when touched. Let cool; dust with powdered sugar.
