1 cup  white all purpose flour
1 cup  sugar
0 1/4 cup  Cocoa Powder, unsweetened
5 tbsp  margarine
0 1/4 cup  fat free milk
1 each  eggs
2 each  egg whites
0 1/4 cup  honey
1 tsp  vanilla extract

cocoa frosting
1 cup  powdered sugar
2 tbsp  Cocoa Powder, unsweetened
1 tbsp  margarine
2 tbsp  fat free milk
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
  2. Mix together flour, sugar, and cocoa. Stir in margarine, milk, egg, egg whites, honey, and vanilla, mixing until smooth. Spoon batter into greased pan.
  3. Bake 30 minutes or until brownies are springy. Let fully cool. Spread frosting on brownies.
  4. To make Cocoa Frosting: using electric beaters, blend together powdered sugar, cocoa, margarine, and enough milk to make a spreadable consistency.
