1 3/4 cup  white all purpose flour
0 3/4 cup  sugar
1 1/2 tsp  cardamom, ground
0 1/4 tsp  salt
8 tbsp  margarine
2 each  egg whites
1 tsp  vanilla extract
1 each  cooking spray
1 each  egg whites
1 cup  powdered sugar
1 tsp  vanilla extract
1 tbsp  fat free milk
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix together flour, sugar, cardamom, and salt. Using a pastry blender or two knives, cut in margarine until coarse crumbs are formed. Stir in two egg whites and vanilla making a soft dough.
  3. Spread dough into the bottom of a cooking spray coated baking sheet, 15 x 10-inches wide. Coat dough with 1 beaten egg white.
  4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden. Let cool.
  5. Meanwhile, combine powdered sugar, vanilla, and enough milk to form a glaze consistency.
  6. Spoon warm Vanilla glaze over crisps and slice into squares.
