0 1/4 cup  pineapple orange juice
1 tbsp  cold water
1 tbsp  Miso, paste, dark red
2 tsp  fresh ginger root
2 tsp  sesame oil
1 each  medium garlic cloves
24 each  large raw shrimp
2 tsp  vegetable oil
0 1/4 tsp  kosher salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
1 tbsp  toasted sesame seeds
  1. Whisk together pineapple juice, water, miso, ginger, oil, and garlic.
  2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  3. Peel off skin, but not tails of shrimp, devein. Toss shrimp with vegetable oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Lay shrimp on a foil covered baking sheet and top with sesame seeds. Bake for 7 minutes or until fully cooked. Serve with dipping sauce.
