6 tbsp  chopped walnuts
2 1/4 each  Brussels Sprouts, fresh
24 oz  fresh cauliflower florets
0 1/2 tsp  kosher salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
0 1/2 tsp  fresh lemon juice
  1. Toast walnuts in a frying pan over medium heat for 3 minutes, shaking pan often.
  2. Steam Brussels sprouts, covered 10 minutes. Add cauliflower to another pot and steam 2 minutes. Strain. Mix Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Top with walnuts.
