10 tbsp  margarine
2 tbsp  fat free sour cream
1 each  eggs
1 tsp  lemon extract
1 cup  powdered sugar
2 cup  white all purpose flour
1 tsp  low sodium baking powder
0 1/4 tsp  salt
1 pinch  ground cinnamon

Sugar Frosting
2 cup  powdered sugar
0 1/2 tsp  lemon extract
2 tbsp  fat free milk
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Using electric beaters, beat margarine, sour cream, egg, and lemon extract until smooth. Mix in sugar. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt, and gradually beat into margarine mixture. Chill dough 4 to 6 hours.
  3. Roll dough on a floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into shapes with 2-inch cookie cutters and lay on a baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool on wire racks.
  4. Make frosting by whisking together powdered sugar, lemon extract, and enough milk to make a spreadable consistency.
  5. Spread frosting on top and dust with cinnamon.
