Ingredients Directions
  1. Prepare pie crust, bake as directed.
  2. Combine gelatin and 1/2 cup milk in a pot, let sit 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Mix in sugar and rum. Heat over low heat, stirring continually until gelatin and sugar are fully dissolved.
  4. Take off of heat and mix in cocoa and rum extract.
  5. Chill gelatin mixture until it is almost set.
  6. Combine whipped topping and 1/2 cup milk and beat at high speed 4 minutes or until soft peaks form.
  7. Gently whip topping into gelatin mixture and pour into crust. Chill 2 to 4 hours or until fully set.
