1 each  Crust, pie, extra large, frozen, 9 5/8"
0 3/4 cup  sugar
1 tbsp  margarine
1 each  eggs
2 each  egg whites
3 tbsp  white all purpose flour
0 1/4 tsp  salt
1 cup  low fat buttermilk
1 tsp  ground nutmeg
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Prepare pie crust; do not bake.
  3. Using electric beaters, combine sugar and margarine. Blend in egg and egg whites. .
  4. Mix in flour, salt, and buttermilk until fully combined
  5. Spoon filling into crust and bake for 40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
  6. Dust with nutmeg.
