Ingredients Directions
  1. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 4 minutes
  2. Turn chicken and add squash.
  3. Cook for 4 to 6 minutes or until chicken is done and squash is tender.
  4. Stir squash once.
  5. Place chicken and squash on dinner plates.
  6. Spead pesto over chicken and top with cheese.
