4 oz  dry penne pasta
1 1/2 cup  fresh mushroom slices
0 3/4 cup  fresh shiitake mushrooms
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 1/2 tsp  butter
0 1/4 cup  white wine
0 1/2 tsp  chicken bouillon
0.125 tsp  black pepper
0 1/4 cup  reduced fat sour cream
2 tbsp  grated Parmesan cheese
  1. Cook pasta according to package omitting oil or salt. Drain. Return pasta to saucepan and keep warm.
  2. While pasta is cooking, cook and stir mushrooms and garlic in hot butter for 3 minutes in a large skillet.
  3. Stir in white wine, bouillon granules, and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to low. Stir in sour cream. Add pasta. Cook and stir until heated. Do not boil. Top each serving with cheese.
