1 each  cooking spray
3 each  medium zucchini
2 tbsp  plain yogurt, whole milk
0 3/4 tsp  fresh thyme
1 each  medium garlic cloves
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Lightly coat nonstick baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Place zucchini in pan, lightly coat with cooking spray. Cook 6-8 minutes.
  3. Remove zucchini from oven and transfer to serving bowl. Cool 10-15 minutes.
  4. In small mixing bowl, blend yogurt, thyme, and garlic. Add yogurt sauce to zucchini. Toss to mix.
