Ingredients Directions
  1. Spray a nonstick saucepan with the cooking spray. Sauté the onion and red bell pepper for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  2. Mix in the spinach, beans, chicken broth, thyme, and marjoram and simmer for about 2 minutes.
  3. Divide between 3 bowls and sprinkle 2 teaspoons of cheese on top of each.
