1 g  small potatoes
1 each  small carrots, fresh, 5 1/2" long
1 each  Turnips, fresh, small
1 tsp  olive oil
0 1/2 tsp  fresh thyme
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Steam the vegetables for approximately 10 to 12 minutes. Pour the olive oil on the vegetables, toss with thyme, salt, and pepper.
