Ingredients Directions
  1. Spray a nonstick sauté pan with the cooking spray and place over high heat.
  2. Coat the turkey with the flour and cook, turning frequently, to evenly brown both sides. Mix in the mushrooms and cook for about 2 minutes.
  3. Decrease the heat to medium and stir in the lemon juice, beef broth, and Marsala. Simmer, covered, for about 5 minutes. Remove the turkey and place on a plate.
  4. Increase the heat to high to boil the Marsala mixture. Cook, stirring continuously, until the sauce becomes a syrup like consistency.
  5. Put the turkey back in the pan and coat each side with the Marsala mixture.
