Servings
Ingredients

1 each  cooking spray
8 oz  ground turkey
2 tbsp  quick cooking rolled oats
2 tbsp  fresh chopped onion
1 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/2 tsp  dijon mustard
0 1/2 tsp  unsalted tomato paste
0 1/4 tsp  Sauce, worcestershire, low sodium
2 tbsp  liquid egg substitute
0.125 tsp  ground thyme
0.125 tsp  dried marjoram
1 pinch  black pepper
1 each  bay leaves
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Spray a shallow baking dish with the cooking spray.
  2. Combine the turkey, oats, onion, garlic, Dijon, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, egg substitute, thyme, marjoram, and pepper in a bowl. Wet your hands then shape the mixture into 2 loaves.
  3. Set the loaves in the dish. Place a bay leaf half on top of each loaf and gently spray with the cooking spray.
  4. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes. If the loaves are browning too quickly after just 15 minutes then decrease the heat to 400 degrees F. Remove the bay leaves before serving.
