1 each  egg whites
1 tbsp  white wine
2 tbsp  Bread Crumbs, seasoned, grated, dry
0.3333 lb  Turkey, ground, 8% fat, raw
1 tbsp  minced onion
0.125 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
1 cup  Pineapple, canned, with juice, slices
2 each  Buns, hamburger
  1. Light a grill.
  2. Whisk the egg white and wine together in a bowl. Add the bread crumbs, turkey, onion, salt, and pepper. Stir to mix. Form into 1/2-inch thick patties.
  3. Grill for about 5 to 6 minutes then turn over and grill for another 5 to 6 minutes. Once you flip the patties, set the pineapple slices on the grill. Cook the pineapple for 3 minutes then turn over and cook for another 3 minutes.
  4. Put the patties on the buns and place a slice of pineapple on top.
