8 oz  tuna fillets
1 each  olive oil cooking spray
0.125 tsp  garlic powder
1 pinch  black pepper
4 cup  romaine lettuce
1 1/2 tsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp  olive oil
1 tbsp  cold water
0 1/4 tsp  Sauce, worcestershire, low sodium
0 1/2 tsp  dijon mustard
1 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/4 tsp  anchovy paste
1 pinch  black pepper
1 tbsp  grated Parmesan cheese
  1. Preheat grill to medium.
  2. Lightly spray tuna with cooking spray, sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper.
  3. Grill 3 minutes per side.
  4. Remove from grill, let stand 3 minutes; cut into 1 1/2" cubes.
  5. Wash and dry lettuce, chop into bite sized pieces. Divide lettuce between 2 plates.
  6. In separate bowl, whisk lemon juice, olive oil, water, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, anchovy paste, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
  7. Place tuna on lettuce, drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
