Ingredients Directions
  1. Put the gelatin and boiling water in a bowl. Use an electric mixer for about 2 minutes or until the gelatin has dissolved. Mix in the ice cubes and continuously stir until the gelatin begins to set.
  2. While gently beating the gelatin with an electric mixer, add in the ice cream 1 tablespoon at a time. Once all of the ice cream is in the bowl, beat for 30 seconds. Freeze for 10 minutes to 1 hour.
  3. Separate into 4 bowls and place a strawberry on top.
