1 cup  cooked white rice
0.3333 cup  Beans, black, canned
1 each  small red bell peppers
3 tbsp  Salsa, chunky
0 1/4 tsp  ground cumin
0.125 tsp  garlic powder
0.3333 cup  Cheese, cheddar, light, shredded
1 tbsp  fresh cilantro
2 cup  Lettuce, iceberg
Directions
  1. Place the rice, beans, bell pepper, salsa, cumin, garlic powder, cilantro, and cheese in a bowl and toss to mix.
  2. Separate the lettuce onto plates and spoon the rice mixture on top.
