0.6667 cup  Pasta, spaghetti, enriched, cooked
0 1/2 cup  chopped tomato
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped red onion
1 oz  low moisture, part skim mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp  fresh basil
1 tbsp  red wine vinegar
1 tsp  olive oil
0 1/4 tsp  minced garlic
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Place the cold spaghetti in a bowl and set the tomato, onion, mozzarella, and basil on top.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the vinegar, olive oil, and garlic together. Pour over the spaghetti mixture and season with pepper.
