1 each  10" flour tortilla
0 1/2 cup  part skim shredded mozzarella
4 oz  fresh plum tomatoes
2 tbsp  sliced jalapeno peppers
3 each  scallions
0 1/4 tsp  ground oregano
2 tbsp  fresh basil
1 tbsp  grated Parmesan cheese
0 1/2 cup  fat free sour cream
  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Set the tortilla on a nonstick baking sheet and sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese. Place the tomatoes, jalapeƱo slices, scallions, oregano, basil, and Parmesan cheese on top.
  3. Broil until the cheese has melted and the tortilla edges are slightly brown.
  4. Cut into 4 wedges and top with the sour cream as desired.
