1 each  olive oil cooking spray
1 each  red onion
1 each  large green bell peppers
2 each  medium garlic cloves
8 oz  large raw shrimp
2 tsp  Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tsp  ground cumin
1 pinch  black pepper
1 tbsp  fresh cilantro
2 each  low carb tortilla (10-inch)
1 cup  Lettuce, romaine, fresh, shredded
0 1/2 cup  chopped tomato
0 1/4 cup  Salsa, hot
0 1/4 cup  fresh mushroom slices
  1. Coat large skillet with cooking spray.
  2. Sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic about 3 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
  3. Add shrimp and cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon or lime juice, cumin, pepper, and cilantro. Reduce heat to low.
  5. Wrap tortillas in damp paper towels and microwave on high 1 minute.
  6. Place shrimp mixture on tortillas and top with tomatoes, lettuce, salsa, and mushrooms.
