1/2 tsp  low fat buttermilk
3 tbsp  plain yogurt, whole milk
2 tsp  butter
3 each  medium bananas
1/4 tsp  ground cinnamon
2 tbsp  rum
Directions
  1. In saucepan, mix buttermilk and yogurt. Gently heat until slightly warmed. Turn the heat off, cover, and let rest 24 hours.
  2. Peel and cut bananas into 1" pieces.
  3. In nonstick large skillet, melt butter. Add bananas, sauté for 1 minute over medium-high heat.
  4. Add cinnamon and rum. Cook until all liquid has evaporated.
  5. Divide banana slices into 8 dessert dishes. Pour dollop of cream over each.
