1 each  olive oil cooking spray
2 each  fresh plum tomatoes
0 1/2 tsp  olive oil
1 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/4 oz  herbes de provence
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Spray a baking sheet with the cooking spray and set the tomatoes on it, cut side up. Drizzle the oil over the tomatoes, sprinkle with the garlic, herbs, and then the pepper.
  3. Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
