  1. Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F. Set a sheet of the aluminum foil on a baking sheet.
  2. Polish the pineapple with the tequila and sprinkle the salt on top. Set the slices in a single layer on the aluminum foil.
  3. Cook for 15 minutes then flip the slices over and cook for another 10 minutes.
  4. Take out of the oven and season with the brown sugar and lime juice.
