Ingredients Directions
  1. Mix together the milk, rice, pudding mix, and raisins in a microwave proof bowl. Cover with the wax paper.
  2. Microwave for 3 1/2 minutes then take out and stir. Repeat this step 2 more times until you have cooked the mixture for 11 minutes. Make sure the pudding has thickened.
  3. Take out of the microwave and let sit for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the nutmeg on top and serve
