0 1/2 cup  low fat unsalted chicken broth
0 1/2 cup  cold water
0 1/2 cup  Peas, baby, frozen
1 tbsp  fresh dill weed
1 cup  quick cooking brown rice
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Pour the broth and water into a saucepan, cover, and bring to a boil.
  2. Put the peas in a microwave-proof bowl and microwave, covered, for 1 minute on defrost.
  3. Once the broth is boiling, add the peas, dill, and rice. Let sit, covered, for 5 minutes. Sprinkle in the pepper.
