0 1/2 cup  red wine
1 tbsp  brandy
1 tsp  honey
2 pinch  fresh lemon peel
1 each  cinnamon sticks
0 1/2 cup  pitted dried prunes
2 tbsp  vanilla frozen yogurt, no sugar added
1 floz  grated lemon rind
Directions
  1. Put the wine, brandy, honey, lemon zest, and cinnamon in a saucepan and place over medium-high heat. Mix in the prunes and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce the heat and let simmer for 10 minutes. Turn the heat off and let sit until ready to serve.
  3. Divide the prunes onto 2 dishes and pour 1 1/2 tablespoons of the wine and lemon mixture over each plate. Place 1 tablespoon of yogurt on top of each. Garnish with the lemon zest.
