0 1/2 cup  sugar
6 tbsp  margarine
2 each  egg whites
1 each  eggs
0 3/4 cup  fat free sour cream
2 tbsp  frozen orange juice concentrate
2 cup  Flour, cake, white, enriched, unsifted
2 tbsp  poppy seeds
1 tsp  low sodium baking powder
0 1/2 tsp  baking soda
0 1/4 tsp  salt
1 cup  powdered sugar
3 tbsp  orange juice
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Using electric beaters, beat sugar and margarine until smooth.
  3. Blend in egg whites, egg, sour cream, and orange juice.
  4. In separate bowl mix flour, poppy seeds, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and gradually add to sour cream mixture.
  5. Continue beating 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth.
  6. Spoon batter into a greased and floured 6-cup fluted cake pan.
  7. Bake cake 40 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool 25 to 30 minutes in pan; flip cake out onto a wire rack. Drizzle Citrus Glaze over top.
  9. Orange Glaze - Whisk together powdered sugar and enough orange juice to make preferred consistency.
