1 1/2 cup  chopped tomato
0 1/2 cup  chopped zucchini
0 1/4 cup  chopped carrots
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped onion
1 tbsp  fresh ginger root
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Add tomatoes, zucchini, carrot, onion, and gingerroot in a pot.
  2. Place lid on pot, and simmer over medium heat until tomatoes are tender. Take off lid and simmer 10 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
