8 oz  fresh spinach leaves
0 1/4 cup  fresh cilantro
3 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/4 tsp  ground cumin
1 tbsp  Cheese, parmesan, grated
1 tsp  olive oil
1 tsp  fresh lime juice
1 tbsp  cold water
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Using a food processor or blender puree spinach, cilantro, garlic, cheese, oil, and lime juice until smooth. If needed, blend in water for desired consistency. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
