1 1/2 cup  fresh cilantro
0 1/2 cup  chopped parsley
1 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/4 cup  grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 oz  pine nuts
1 tbsp  olive oil
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
  1. Using a food processor or blender, puree cilantro, parsley, garlic, cheese, and pine nuts until finely chopped.
  2. With motor running, drizzle oil and lemon juice into mixture and blend until fully combined.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
