8 oz  roasted red peppers with brine
1 cup  fresh basil
2 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/4 cup  grated parmesan cheese, low sodium
1 tsp  sugar
1 tsp  balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp  olive oil
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Using a food processor or blender, puree bell peppers, basil, garlic, cheese, sugar, vinegar, and oil until smooth. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
