15 1/2 oz  Beans, garbanzo, canned
0 3/4 cup  fresh cucumber, peeled and chopped
0 3/4 cup  fresh cherry tomatoes
3 each  fresh green onions
0 1/4 cup  chopped yellow bell peppers
2 tbsp  fresh mint
2 tbsp  fresh cilantro
2 each  medium garlic cloves
2 tsp  olive oil
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
  1. In large bowl, gently stir garbanzo beans, cucumber, tomatoes, onions, bell pepper, herbs, and garlic. Toss with oil and lemon juice. Serve
