16 floz  tomato sauce, low sodium
0 1/4 cup  cold water
2 1/2 tbsp  chili powder
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
Directions
  1. Mix tomato sauce, water, chili powder, and garlic in a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Lower heat and simmer 2 to 3 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
