0 1/2 cup  frozen red raspberries
2 tbsp  white wine vinegar
1 tbsp  canola oil
0 1/2 tsp  sugar
  1. Place the raspberries and vinegar in a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
  2. Strain and discard raspberry seeds.
  3. Pour the mixture into a jar and mix in the canola oil and sugar. Serve over salad or steamed vegetables.
