Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Mix together the tomato, scallion, lime juice, garlic, jalapeño, and cilantro in a bowl to make tomato salsa.
  3. Spray the pitas with the cooking spray and set on a nonstick cookie sheet.
  4. Sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
  5. Divide the tomato salsa and bell peppers between the two pita halves.
  6. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over all.
  7. Gently spray with cooking spray.
  8. Bake for approximately 8 minutes.
