Ingredients Directions
  1. Spray a nonstick skillet with the cooking spray. Sauté the onion and zucchini for about 3 minutes over medium-high heat. Place the mixture on a plate.
  2. Sauté the kasha in the pan for about 2 to 3 minutes over high heat. Reduce the heat to medium.
  3. Mix in the broth, zucchini, and onion. Simmer, covered, for approximately 15 minutes or until the liquid has absorbed.
