1 1/2 cup  vanilla frozen yogurt, no sugar added
0.3333 cup  Raspberries, fresh
0.3333 cup  Blueberries, fresh
1 tbsp  Raspberries, fresh
  1. Let the yogurt stand at room temperature to allow it to soften. Separate the yogurt into 3 bowls.
  2. Put the raspberries in one of the bowls, mash and mix with yogurt.
  3. Put the blueberries in a different bowl, mash and mix with yogurt. Do not add anything to the third bowl of yogurt.
  4. In this exact order, layer the raspberries, then the yogurt, and then the blueberries in a parfait glass. Garnish with 2 raspberries or blueberries if desired.
