8 oz  fresh green beans
1 each  olive oil cooking spray
1 each  scallions
1 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/2 tsp  fresh tarragon
1 pinch  black pepper
1 tsp  white wine vinegar
Directions
  1. Boil water in a saucepan. Cook the beans in the boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and place back in the saucepan.
  2. Spray the beans with the cooking spray. Add the scallion, garlic, herbs, pepper, and vinegar. Toss to mix.
