Ingredients Directions
  1. Drain pineapple and pour juice into glass baking dish.
  2. Add garlic, ginger, cumin, and red pepper flakes. Place fillets in juice and turn to coat both sides.
  3. Cover and refrigerate 20 to 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat grill to medium.
  5. Place fillets on grill, discard marinade. Cook fillets 5 minutes.
  6. Turn fillets. Add pineapple slices to grill. Cook additional 5 minutes.
  7. Turn pineapple slices over once.
  8. Remove fish to serving platter and arrange pineapple slices on top.
