1 each  butter flavored cooking spray
1 each  medium pears
0 1/2 cup  fresh blackberries
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/2 tsp  fresh lemon peel
1 each  SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener packets
0 1/2 tsp  sugar
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
0.125 tsp  ground nutmeg
1 1/2 tbsp  white all purpose flour
1 tbsp  old fashioned rolled oats
1 tbsp  Margarine, 80% fat
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray the soufflé dishes with the cooking spray.
  2. Mix together the pears, blackberries, lemon juice, and zest then divide into the soufflé dishes.
  3. Mix together the Splenda, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, flour, oats, and margarine with a fork. Sprinkle the mixture over the fruit.
  4. Bake for approximately 15 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack before serving.
