1 each  cooking spray
8 oz  cooked crab
1 each  egg whites
2 tbsp  fresh chopped celery
0 1/2 oz  red onion
0 1/4 each  whole jalapeno pepper
0 1/2 tbsp  fat free mayonnaise
0.125 tsp  dry mustard
0.125 tsp  black pepper
1 pinch  ground cayenne (red pepper)
0.125 tsp  hot pepper sauce
0 1/2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/4 tsp  Sauce, worcestershire, low sodium
1 tbsp  chopped parsley
0 1/2 cup  Bread Crumbs, white, very low sodium
4 1/2 oz  flame roasted red bell peppers, 80% cooked
0.3333 cup  fat free sour cream
0.125 tsp  ground thyme
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a nonstick baking sheet with the cooking spray.
  2. Place the crabmeat in a strainer and run under cold water. Make sure to take off all filaments and shells.
  3. Mix together the egg white, celery, onion, Chile pepper, mayonnaise, mustard, pepper, cayenne pepper, dash of the hot pepper sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, and 1/4 cup of the bread crumbs in a bowl.
  4. Add the crabmeat. Shape the mixture into 4 patties and roll them in the remaining 1/4 cup bread crumbs. Set on the baking sheet.
  5. Put the bell peppers, sour cream, hot pepper sauce, and thyme in a blender and blend until it becomes a smooth consistency. Pour into a saucepan and place over low heat until the crab cakes are done.
  6. Gently spray the crab cakes with the cooking spray. Bake for about 5 minutes then turn them over and bake for another 5 minutes.
  7. Divide the sauce onto 2 plates and place the crab cakes on top.
