0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/2 tsp  ground cumin
1 tsp  butter
0.6667 cup  couscous
3 tbsp  chopped parsley
0 1/2 tsp  ground thyme
0 1/2 tbsp  chopped walnuts
  1. Pour 1 cup of water into a pot. Mix in the cinnamon, cumin, currants, and butter. Bring to a boil then add the couscous, parsley, and thyme.
  2. Cover, turn the heat off, and let sit for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle the walnuts on top.
