  1. Preheat grill to medium. Rinse hen, pat dry, and remove all noticeable fat.
  2. In small bowl, mix 1 minced garlic clove, ginger, and pepper. Cover hen with garlic mixture.
  3. Grill hen halves for about 25 to 30 minutes or until the meat in the center is no longer pink. Turn hen halves every 5 minutes.
  4. In blender, finely mince onion, cilantro, mint, chili pepper, brown sugar, lemon zest, 2 minced garlic cloves, ginger, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
  5. Place hens on serving plates and garnish with relish.
