  2. Sauté the garlic and onion. Mix in the beans, tomatoes, chili powder, and cumin. Bring just to a boil then decrease the heat and simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir infrequently.
  3. Mix in the protein crumbles and cook for about 3 minutes.
