3 cup  tap water
2 cup  tap water
4 each  eggs
1 cup  powdered whole milk
0 1/4 cup  SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, granulated
2 tbsp  sugar
1 tbsp  vanilla extract
0 1/4 tsp  salt
1 pinch  ground nutmeg
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. In blender, add hot water, eggs, powdered milk, Splenda®, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Pulse until smooth.
  3. Spoon mixture equally into 6oz. custard cups. Sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired.
  4. Postion custard cups in baking pan. Fill pan with 1" of hot water.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes until custard is set.
  6. Remove from oven. Serve warm or cooled.
